Welcome to Sticks & Stones

Sticks and Stones Incorporated is a non-profit organisation set up with the aim of with raising awareness and vital funds for Osteogenesis Imperfecta research. Sticks and Stones would like to fund research to find a cure and find better treatment options for children with this disorder and related bone disorders.

Sticks and Stones supports research at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Two affiliated research groups, Orthopaedic Research and Biotechnology and the Metabolic Bone Disease Research Program have been able to collaborate to form a virtual Centre for Children’s Bone Health at the Hospital with our help.

Our long-term goal is to assist with the completion of The Centre for Children’s Bone Health, a collaboration between The University of Sydney, The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, and Sticks and Stones.
